Back at Moontown
On this episode, we headed out to Moontown Brewery in Whitestown Indiana to try out two fantastic releases.
From their event description;
Summer Sunshine Pale Ale: "Everyone loves the Sunshine." Our seasonal American pale ale greets your nose with citrus and tropical fruits. The bitterness remains light, balanced by Maris Otter and pilsner malts. Local Indiana honey and a touch of oats smooth things out.
La Lune Bière Grisette: The lighter-bodied sister of the Saison, this unique style of farmhouse ale originated in the fertile lands of Southern Belgium and was a favorite of the miners and and factory workers of the area. Like the saison, the grisette was brewed primarily to refresh at the end of the day. Light in body and low in alcohol, a grisette will cut through the dust and grit after a long day's work, with a thirst-quenching and satisfying dry finish.
