Episode 4 - The Dog is Here!

Join us at the Atlas Ballroom in Bloomington, Indiana for the official Brewdog Launch, a day that we are positive will go down in craft beer history. On this episode, we have a deep discussion about our passion for Brewdog craft beer, our frequent trips to the brewery in Columbus, Ohio, our favorites of the Brewdog beer line up, the amazing Brewdog staff, and let us not forget, Brian Morahan, our surprise guest and the man who is making it happen by bringing Brewdog beers to as many Indiana taprooms as possible, and from what we hear people are loving it! That's really no surprise is it?

Later in the episode, you'll catch us having a little fun and going off the rails after enjoying a bit of Brewdog Cocoa Psycho which comes in at 10% ABV, but man is it a tasty brew! We'll take you on a tour of the Atlas Ballroom, the first place to launch Brewdog in Bloomington, Indiana and have a chat about the atmosphere and the $20.00 ramen noodles. Or let's hope we were just a tad intoxicated and they weren't really that much. You won't want to miss this episode.

Episode 3 - Part 1 Of Circle City Zymurgy At The Hatch

On this episode, we attended a Tasting Society event that was held at The Hatch in Indianapolis, hosted by Indiana on Tap. This sold out event featured homebrewers only, from the widely known homebrew club, Circle City Zymurgy. As all 250 tickets were sold out for this unlimited 3oz. pours event, the beer was flowing for several hours that evening, and it was apparent CCZ was a hit! Join us as we drink and talk our way through the venue.

In this episode you'll hear from several of the homebrewers who were pouring their beer, Kevin goes in the field and chats with the attendees about their favorite brews, and we had a special guest with us, Tony Musgrave, whom we interviewed from 21 North Eatery and Cellar in Episode 0. This episode is going to be in two parts, Part One will be with Tony and Kevin out on the floor discussing the brews on the menu and visiting the club stations to chat with the brewers in action! Stay tuned for Part Two where we will follow up with Rob, who was pouring several of his hit beers, as well as Nick Boling, Brady Smith, and Jeremy Railey, all members of Circle City Zymurgy.

Cheers!

John Moorhead of the AHA

On this episode, we interview John Moorhead of the American Homebrewers Association. Now John may have been on a speaker phone because the audio is muffled (is that a word?), however it's the content that matters for home brewers.

So, relax, don't worry, have a home brew while you listen!

Mic Check at 21 North Eatery and Cellar

Mic check..., 1, 2, 1, 2.....Bueller!!

Hey there, in what we're calling Episode 0, we interviewed the owners (Tony and Connie Musgrave) at 21 North Eatery and Cellar in Martinsville, Indiana. While on location, we discussed their fantastic restaurant and asked how craft beer is impacting the business.

It was a fun night and we were ready for any audio issues the next morning. This was the first time that we were in the field with our new equipment. We did have the mic volume up a tad too much in the beginning, but we were able to bring the audio down as much as we could without degrading the quality in post editing.
